THE DVD was put out by Fantomas and frankly I don't know them at all. Assuming they are still in business start with them. There is almost no chance they own the PPR but they WOULD or should know who does because it should be the same company that sold them the rights, I sent an email to a friend who licensed a few other Fassbinder titles to see if he had any contacts.
