I agree with Junior. I've wagered my 2 cents that Blu-ray will not have time to replace DVD because streaming will obsolete both first. Why not put limited funds into a streaming platform instead of Blu-ray? Unless it is for film studies, students can suffer through a standard def version of Life of Pi. And they don't need gourmet meals either!! (Says a father with 2 children in college.)
