That seems a little harsh!  And lacks specificity.  It seems to me to be unfair 
to damn a company's product line in a public forum without saying what you did 
not like about it.

Alexander Street Press publishes dozens of databases.  Many available for 
purchase, which are also available for subscription.

Which product(s) are you speaking of.  And more to the point... please clarify 
what you mean by 'horrendous to use"  In what way?  What would make it better?
