Hello Heidi,
Yes, we do send out VHS tapes for ILL use, as long as there are no
licensing agreements that prohibit it. First we check to see if it is
something that is out-of-print, and if so, we have the borrowing library
agree that their patron will use the item on-site. We've been ILL'ing
media for two years now, and haven't yet lost any materials. (Only
replacements we've had to do were for DVDs that were packed improperly
and damaged in shipping.)
