Again I think this is some kind of rights anomaly since it is a relatively new release from Paramount. The only people who can give the answer are Paramount but would start by asking Swank to ask Paramount for you as they are likely to have better luck getting an answer. If they can't help I can dig you up a contact for Paramount legal but it is hit or miss as to if they will respond
