These are used copies from international sellers (I.e. in the UK).

On the IMDB board for the film, it appears that the newspaper Independent on 
Sunday also gave copies away free in January and October 2008. So some of those 
might drift onto ebay too.

Ironic that they are not on Amazon which does sell R2 copies. Does it appear to 
still be in print or are they used copies?
