We average about 50 discs per month thru the machine for several months now. The machine does a good job of scratch repair and the discs do come out dry and clean. Most discs have been cleaned in the 30 second mode. When you close the lid the repair process begins automatically by pressing the start button during the repair process the cleaning time is extended. For the vast majority of the discs we clean, the 30 second mode works just fine. We normally clean on one day a week. Before we start we run hot water thru the machine to clean out the tubes, which takes less than a minute. When we finish cleaning for the day we clean the two pads with hot water and let them dry overnight, wipe down the machine etc. We just had our first "Change key card" message which means we have cleaned 300 discs. I called and they sent out a new cleaning package including a new key card, 4 cleaning pads and cleaning compound. So far have been very happy with the results of cleaning and the service from the company.

It took about 2 months to get the machine after we placed the order due to the demand. The machine is very easy to use and the cost is just as stated. Due to the low volume of discs we clean monthly {less than 50} we have set our payment plan on a 3 month payment. They due email a monthly statement which makes it easier to monitor the charges. Before we made the switch we were using the Disc-Go-Roboto machine which was costing about 75 cents per disc cleaned. So far the charge has been 25 cents per disc cleaned with the ELM-USA machine. If you have any other questions let me know.
