Dear CW,

A professor would like me to obtain copies of the following short films. They
are all on YouTube and it looks like they have been posted by the legal owners.
The professor is afraid that they are going to disappear one day. I cannot
find them listed as being for sale. If I track down the directors/filmmakers
or film companies, what are my chances of them selling me a DVD copy?

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
