And so, after a little over a day backporting the package build system from Python 3 to Python 2 (yay!), we have packages for Debian / Ubuntu versions at least as old as Ubuntu 12.04! If you want to try them out, add the PPA[1] to your system; if you're on Ubuntu 12.04, 12.10 or 13.04, you can only install `python-pyviennacl` (for Python 2), but if you're on Ubuntu 13.10 or 14.04, you can also install `python3-pyviennacl` (for Python 3). Oh, and everyone gets `pyviennacl-doc` (which contains the HTML docs). I'll set the version number to 1.0.0 once ViennaCL 1.5.0 is released, and after any remaining little bugs get ironed out.
