Re: pdf file sent as attachment is corrupted

Hmm... AFAICT the change is that 57 consecutive bytes are removed at
position 56146.  No idea what this is about.

- Is this specific to VM?  I.e. have you tried sending that same file
  from the same machine using some other software?
- Have you tried sending that same PDF file with VM after renaming it
  to, say, `file.tar`?
