Thanks for this. It is always usefull to have many ideas in the tracker.

Technically, it is probably possible to mix gtk and qt, but it is
certainly really hard. But, at the same time, there is no interest to
do this as gtk and qt are quite equivalent but based on radically
different designs.

So, qt will never be introduced in viking.
