Hi all,
I've been in bike holidays for 2 weeks (road bike) and had my laptop with
cached DEM and mapdata (osm map and osm cycle map).

I already stated earlier, that the software is great, no praise here :-). As
always: things may be improved - I therefore added several feature request to
the tracker.

a possibly provocative topic:
In holiday, I read and tested the new qt stuff (it's meanwhile lgpl'ed). I'm
not familiar with gtk, but I'm aware of the long lasting pro and cons
discussions concerning gtk and qt and guess there has already been stated
everything - so please don't flamewar me for the following:

qt has several nice features
http://doc.trolltech.com/4.5/index.html
which are well documented:
pluging support, script support, multithreads, the webtoolkit etc.
(see the examples at http://doc.trolltech.com/4.5/examples.html)

@developers: is it imaginable to mix gtk and qt for new features ?

alex
