In september, we discussed about documenting system. We concluded that
a good system is the wiki.

But while preparing, I discovered that a documentation system
disconnected from source code is not really easy to maintain. For
example, when we add a feature, we have to keep its documentation
waiting the next release.
So, as simple is the online wiki solution, I prefer to change this
solution for something else. The standard solution, with many
available tools, seems to be DocBook. Its format is much more complex,
but it is well documented.

So, I propose to:
- definitively convert the MediaWiki page to a DocBook document.
- replace the MediaWiki page by a generated document, ublished with
code releases.

Any opinion? Other solution?
