Hi, I recently merged an already requested feature implemented by Rbert Norris (thanks to him): the ability to set the initial coordinates.
To store the coordinates, he used the preferences. Currently, I feel that this dialog is complex: a lot of unrelated values. So, I think it is time to rework preferences. Do you have ideas? Here are mine: - keep current code and split "General" preferences in many tabs: UI, Start location, Memory... The matter: this will change the name of preferences in file. So we need a conversion tool to keep current preferences of users. - add a grouping feature: keep the "General" tab and group preferences in something else.
