Hi, I've just re-tested it on current git HEAD (c21cf49) and the issue still exists. Autodownload is only triggered when starting the drag with the mouse and not on stop, which is better. And autodownload isn't triggered when panning with keyboard shortcuts after dragging the map with the mouse.
