Try to put the underscore in front the keyword, so above it would be "_Todas". (In fact preferably whatever the first _xxx is). The only trouble is conflicts in the same menu, such that one tries to pick a unique letter so if 't' already used, then use another letter from the word(s). Otherwise the shortcuts do not get executed, just that menu item is selected. I don't know much about translations, so I suggest you many want to as a first pass, simply concentrate on the translation. That would be must important to users in my opinion. The underscores can always be added later. It would be helpful to understand how we/other projects cope with this, but I haven't be able to find any information.
