Sumatra PDF has

        *) automatic reload support (i.e., PDF is refreshed each time PDF is 
regenerated)

        *) pdfsync integration (i.e., supports forward/inverse searching 
(both?))

It's also a very tiny open source viewer. It reminds me of Yap, but it's 
for PDFs.

It doesn't match Skim (for OS/X), but it's nice to have around on 
Windows if you don't want to install an Adobe product.
