Yes, although something like:

let g:Tex_Env_frame = \\begin{frame}\<cr>{<++>}\<cr><++>\<cr>\\end{frame}<++>"
call IMAP('EBFE', "\<C-r>=Tex_PutEnvironment('frame')\<cr>", 'tex')

(and similarly for the others) feels cleaner. Just my 2c.
