The remove feature was not in the original distribution of
Vim 7.
Which vimball do you have? The current one is dated
29-Sep-2006 and is included in the updated runtime files on
the FTP site:
For windows:
ftp://ftp.home.vim.org/pub/vim/runtime/dos
Otherwise:
ftp://ftp.home.vim.org/pub/vim/runtime
If you installed the latest from Dr. Chips site, did you run
':helptags'? (This also applies if you updated from the FTP
site.)
