Sorry, people. I am a complete idiot. My fault. No errors in Vim, error in my script. I check the first ten and the last ten lines of a buffer for time stamp. Time stamp is in the third line in original file, but in the eleventh in generated HTML. As silly as any error when discovered. Sorry again.
