I see that %z in my version of the file, and since it isn't in the runtime/
tree, the way I update the source means that only the patches may have changed
it -- IOW, it must have come from the 7.1 archives (probably the "lang"
archive in this case) plus patches 1-251 as published on the FTP server. I
haven't yet applied patch 252. Here are the first 15 lines in my version of
the file (using "Paste as Quotation" in my mailer):
