I could -- by means of the "External Editor" extension to Thunderbird
(which I think isn't available yet for SeaMonkey 2.0a1pre) or by copying
body text over the clipboard. Mostly I don't, except that when I want to
type some text to which my keyboard doesn't have the key (pun intended),
I type _that_ in gvim using digraphs or a keymap, and copy it over the
clipboard. Here's an example:
