Vim 6.3 is long obsolete. The current stable version is 7.2.446 and the 
current "bleeding-edge development" version is 7.3b. See 
http://www.vim.org/ for details.

I'm sorry, but I can't find anything regarding Windows 7 compatibility. Is the 
current version 7.2.446 compatible with Windows 7?
