Hi,
I am now getting just one warning from an otherwise warning free build
on Windows 7. The warning is:
gvimext.def(4) : warning LNK4017: DESCRIPTION statement not supported
for the target platform; ignored
AFAIK the DESCRIPTION entry only had a purpose with Win9x VxDs (which I
am pretty sure VIM never was) with MS build tools. There is a similar
line in gvimext_ming.def but I have no idea if MingW does anything with
it, or even gives a warning.
Can this line be deleted? Or at least converted to a comment if the
description has some documenting purpose?
