A question came up on superuser.com about backwards motions in Vim: "To move a word forward in Vim, you press w or e. How can I move a word * backwards*?"
I recommended the vimtutor to get started, but as the one asking the question pointed out this is not in there. I think that at least 'b' should be added under the motion shortlist in Lesson 2.3.
