Patches suggested for exclusion not only change DICTKEY_*.

Sequence of fixed patches was pushed here: https://bitbucket.org/ZyX_I/vim,
branch python-extended-3-fixed. Sorry, but I do not have much time now to test
the whole resulting series; only checked that

    hg diff -r python-extended-3-fixed -r python-extended-3 src/if_py*
src/testdir/test8[67]* src/eval.c src/proto/eval.pro

has no output (`hg diff` without filenames shows differences from patches 1013
till 1032 inclusive: fixed variant was rebased as well).
