It's just an arbitrary limit. Large values are not useful and will blow
up the viminfo file. Something like 100 is realistic, thus allowing 100
times that seems like a good limit.
The fight over who exits last still needs to be fixed, that is an
annoying problem. Should really take the last typed commands, that
requires storing timestamps.
