I believe there is a type in insert.txt, under ":help
i_CTRL-R_CTRL-R". The second paragraph says:
Options 'textwidth', 'formatoptions', etc. still apply. If
you also want to avoid these, use "<C-R><C-O>r", see below.
The '.' register (last inserted text) is still inserted as
typed. {not in Vi}
I don't think the "r" following "<C-O>" belongs there. A patch is
attached.
