I use w3m (via mailcap) in mutt to dump the text/html alternative when showing the mail. This does not show the URL of a link (and w3m seems to have no option for that). When I use mutt to select the text/plain alternative in the pager, the URL shows up below the link text. It has been a while since I checked, so maybe there is a more capable HTML dumper out there.
