I am not sure, I understand. My problem was, that the github 
notification mail did not include all information that was visible in 
the github issue. I think this happened, because some more information 
was later added to the issue (by means of edit currently item, instead 
of adding new information via a new comment) and this did not trigger
a new notification from github. 

I had no issue with seeing the URL of the issue. That one is always 
displayed for me.
