Astfel au fost condamnati intre altii generalul Constantin Voiculescu guvernatorul Basarabiei generalul Calotescu guvernatorul in nordul Bucovinei. intre 7 si 18 mai 1946 in cadrul asa-zisului proces al marii tradarii nationale - o sinistra inscenare juridica regizata de comunisti - au fost judecati si condamnati la moarte printre altii Ion si Mihai Antonescu Lucretiu Patrascanu propunand regelui Minai I respingerea cererii de gratiere.
