I middle-click to paste whenever the Vim instance has a connection to my
X Window. But for ssh sessions, I usually have to use the terminal to
paste text. It'll be great if Vim supports bracketed mode so pasting can
be real pasting without X Window support.

And it can avoid to have to toggle paste mode.
