Seems like we need to run :so testdir/color_ramp.vim before running the cat
command; there seems to be no color_ramp.txt in the repo...

And the result is...very impressive!  Not only colors are displayed
correctly, but also its drawing is noticeably faster than that of the
"dumb" terminal.
