Not sure. This is where I was asking for review.

This hasn't been a problem for me since I started using this patch.  I
suppose
it could be an issue... the unfinished command is saved.

I have no answer here except that this just happens a lot to me. Maybe I
pause editing a command and switch to another application, come back to Vim
and
try to click on a window to focus and scroll up to see something. I click
three or
four times and realize I have to press <ESC> or Ctrl-C.  I guess it just
made
sense to me that I should be able to click out of the command line.

I won't be upset that it doesn't get merged.  It's a minor annoyance that
was easy
to fix... so I figured why not just ask?
