I suppose it could still be enabled by editing src/feature.h but that
was of little use anyhow.
The following documentation clean-up changes are related to this:
* in runtime/doc/tagsrch.txt, either remove the last sentence and tag
at lines 561-562 or replace them by something like for instance:
It used to be possible to re-enable it by including *tag-any-white*

seemed to use this possibility and it has now been removed
