Indeed I found the "whitelisted" options in vi_diff.txt that also lists 3 more, 
namely 'w300', 'w1200' and 'w9600'.

On the other hand 'bioskey', 'conskey' and 'prompt' are still documented in 
options.txt and quickref.txt. One slight difference between them though :

    'bioskey' and 'conskey' documentation contains the note "This was for 
MS-DOS and is no longer supported". That's clear and fine.

    'prompt' seems to me a normal option that I would never turn off because it 
is an excellent mnemonic like / or ?
