Hi Craig, The information you provide is a bit on the minimal side so I can't give you much of an answer. Have you tried the usual dance: http://code.google.com/p/macvim/wiki/ReportingBugs ? If that doesn't do the trick: which keymap are you using? A lot of problems with the keyboard has to do with "faulty" keymaps. What is patch 376 (sorry, I don't keep up with Vim patches...I just pull from the SVN repo every now and then)? Did you apply a Vim patch manually? Did it specifically break Alt-3?
