My guess is that you are using a keyboard layout that causes this.
Try switching keyboard layout in the System Preferences and see what
happens.

Otherwise it must be some plugin that you are using.  Go through the
first step at:

http://code.google.com/p/macvim/wiki/ReportingBugs

and see if that fixes the problem.
