You can also have the Vim Google Groups sent to an email account and 
read it by POP or IMAP in a "real" mailer (e.g. I use gmail POP in 
SeaMonkey; there are many others), which would give you much better 
control over what you send. In particular, some mailers (including mine) 
let you choose between top-posting, bottom-posting and even 
reply-without-quoting, and that separately for each mail account.
