I might have outsmarted myself because I added that category to
the tip *before* trying the search. But now I'm not sure if I
saw the page listed, in view of your next comment...

The MediaWiki software has lots of aggressive caching, but it
normally works quickly for the above kind of thing. I guess it
was just a caching issue because the "C++ code completion" tip
is now listed.
