Interesting, and it looks broken. When I request the above page,
the server reply includes:
HTTP/1.1 304 Not Modified

Note that I got a different server, and presumably yours is
further down the food chain (and is using an old cache).
So, I think this is a weirdness from the complex and
overloaded Wikia system. They have announced that a large
upgrade to their infrastructure will occur in a couple of
months (so waiting should cure the problem you see).
As another example of the fact that their system is creaking,
they are no longer updating the backup dumps from each wiki. I
got a bit nervous and asked for a backup a couple of weeks ago,
and they immediately provided it, but I think their system is
too overloaded to do routine dumps.
