All, More questions - is it possible to make a quickfix buffer (or other 'readonly' buffer) writable?
I don't necessarily want to write *out* the buffer, but I definitely want to modify the buffer to get rid of stuff that I don't want to see (eg. 'errors' which aren't really errors used by :make) . Yet, when I try to do anything to modify, I get this 'is readonly' error. Shouldn't the error be on write to disk, not write to buffer? Or, what is the rationale behind this?
