WinMerge is pretty good, but I haven't found anything that it offers
over vimdiff. Kdiff3 has 3-way merge, a feature that is rather lacking
in the default Vim install and not present at all in WinMerge AFAIK.
Perhaps with a different diff backend Vim could support 3-way diff,
but as it stands trying to do a 3-way merge is nearly impossible in
Vim.
