I suggest the flaming vim logo. On place to see this is at the bottom of Dr Chip's Vim page: http://mysite.verizon.net/astronaut/pix/gindikin_vim_on_fire.gif I do not care for the cheat sheet designs, because I'd have thought that it'd be keen, hard core vimmers most interested in such a t- shirt, and, well, we don't need cheat sheets ;). Also, beginners don't really need them either, :h quickref and they've got one.
