As a corrective to my previous post (where I said I believe in patience and smiling) I'll add here that if I'm in a bad day, I may point the guy to the article I've bookmarked somewhere, about "Asking Questions the Smart Way" and leave it at that. But I still believe (maybe wrongly) in the sweet approach in preference to the harsh one as a general rule. As I said, maybe I'm not wicked enough to make a teacher.
