I don't think you can remove the titlebar altogether (except maybe by
removing the titlebars from _all_ applications, if your OS allows it),
but you _can_ remove the tabline and the bottom statusbar, even in
Console Vim: just use
if has('windows')
set showtabline=0 laststatus=0
endif
I don't recommend removing them, but YMMV. Of course, if you do, this
whole discussion about 'tabline' vs. 'guitablabel' becomes moot.
