Hi, I am not a novice to vim, but a novice to some of the intracies of vim...
I am trying to set up a simple menu item, on a custom menu, to perform validation of an xml file in an open buffer (using xmllint, and to redirect the output to an empty buffer, or a quickfix buffer. How would I go about with this? I have done this manually by pipeing a visual selection through xmllint - but then I get the results back to my selection (I fix the errors, and undo, which works, but is messy). Any tips are welcome!
