Thanks Christian, we are getting closer. I can see that it is executed properly, if I set shellpipe to something empty, and I just do a :make. I can also see that - when the shellpipe has it's default value - that the commandlline looks ok (after I set noshellslash), but no temp file gets created. When I try that commandline from a cmd/prompt, it executes fine.
