Yes, I think they're made one for each 100 patches. If you download them
you will have to download "excess" patches, too. For example, after the
"bunch" for patches 201-300, new patches will be published (301, 302,
etc.) but won't be in a new "bunch" (301-400) until patch 400 is
published, and it can be a long time... So you want to download the
"bunches" and any additional patch published after the "bunch" if you
want your Vim to be up-to-date.
