Regarding scripts in the www.vim.org site:

  * Is there any mechanism that allows a registered vim.org user to
update/maintain scripts that someone else uploaded in the past?
(seems to me that it is not possible, after checking the site, and
    after seeing this: [1])
  * Is there any way of eliminating a particular version of a script? I
only see functionality to upload a new version.

Are there any plans to upgrade the web site infrastructure, regarding
these issues? The maintenance of scripts is complicated because there is
no way to delegate or transfer it to another user; hence we end up with
many[2] different[3] versions of the same script. I'm sure I don't need
to point out how can this be a problem for the vim.org casual user
looking for a script.

Greetings,
